She might be absent on the red carpet this awards season (sob) but Michelle Williams is still very much in our sartorial hearts. So how delighted are we to see the adorable actress gracing the cover of AnOther Magazine this month? Umm, very.
Photography Wily Vanderperre; Styling Oliver Rizzo
Michelle is about to begin promo rounds for her new role as as Glinda the Good Witch in Oz the Great and Powerful so it's rather fitting that the magazine has transformed her into no less than eight imaginary characters for the new issue. We've been treated to a sneak preview of Michelle dressed up as two of the alter egos for the cover shot by Willy Vanderperre with styling from Olivier Rizzo.
The first black and white shot sees Lady Williams looking somewhat sombre wearing huge earrings, a black ruffled frock and one haughty expression. The other sees her in a more relaxed, childlike pose with her wearing a laid-back pair of ripped jeans with a slouchy grey jumper and bare feet while perched on a wooden stool. And in both, there's a ladylike pillarbox hat with veil perched a-top her signature pixie crop.
Gorgeous images aside, the three-times Oscar-nominated star gives a revealing interview to Nancy Waters in the issue, discussing her unusual past homes since childhood. What's more, an exclusive film with Michelle will premiere on anothermag.com this Wednesday. We're happy to have you - and your eight guises - back, Ms Williams.
