It's that time of the year: four weeks jam-packed with catwalk action, backstage antics and a zillion snaps of A-Listers wearing their finest clobber on the front row. Yes, New York Fashion Week is underway and the usual suspects - we're talking Olivia Palermo, Heidi Klum and Leigh Lezark - are hitting the shows.
Girls star Allison Williams made her first front appearance at the Jason Wu show, looking suitably glossy in a cute lace dress and cosied up to blonde beauty Jaime King. Meanwhile, FROW veteran Drew Barrymore arrived at Rag & Bone while Kate Nash represented the Brit fash pack at Rebecca Minkoff. Jessica Stam was on the other side of the catwalk for Tommy Hilfiger's show, watching the collection from the front row with a brand new blonde bob. Coco Rocha was also off-duty, pulling on a snazzy pair of 'pants' to take a seat at Rebecca Minkoff.
So what else can we look forward to from this season's NYFW? We can't wait to see what Alexander Wang does with his own label and if he'll give us any clues of what he will do at Balenciaga. Fingers crossed there will also be a moment that lives up to when Liberty Ross walked in Wang last season. We are also excited to see Chloe Sevigny for Opening Ceremony, what kids will be on the FROW (we're hoping for a sighting of Wang's niece Alia) and the Marc Jacobs show at the Lexington Armoury (obvs). Oh and spying a certain Cara Delevingne pulling goofy faces backstage. Oh fashion week, how we have missed you.
