A New Comfy K-Stew? Kristen Stewart On Cover Of V Magazine in T Shirt And Messy Hair

Kristen Stewart is on the cover of V Magazine, but this time she's not trussed up in couture with a glossy locks. For this shoot she's looking, well, just like K-Stew. Unlike her other covers where she is transformed into a high-heel wearing glamazon - think Vanity Fair with her poker straight hair and embellished gown. But V Magazine are embracing the converse-wearing Kristen, as in the shoot she is wearing a white tank with a flash of a black bra and her hair is left unkempt and dare we say it a tad greasy.

Are we witnessing the new K-Stew who now won't let fashion mags change her signature style? She certainly wasn't this casual when she was on the world's longest film promotion for On The Road, wearing embellished gowns and sleek tailoring.

She said to V Magazine: "I have realised that you can close yourself off to life if you put walls up, but it's a difficult thing. You can't see over people, can't see in and you also can't see out. So I have gotten quite comfortable with being unafraid. I keep saying the same thing, it's not about being fearless but really just embracing the fears and using them."

So now the whole Rupert Sanders summer saga has blown over, is Kristen back to being comfortable in her own skin? In the editorial she wears a draped, sleeved dress by Balenciaga by Nicolas Ghesquere, which is rather haunting. She's obviously still comfortable playing the vampire-gothic-scary role. In the shoot she also wears a tank and trousers by Victoria Beckham, which is a more low-key look than the orange Victoria Beckham number she wore to promote Twilight last year.
