So while most of you were sleeping, Grazia have been up doing an all-nighter to share the best frocks from the Golden Globes. More than the carpet was red at the the Globes this year, as it was the colour of choice for most of Hollywood's biggest stars.
Marion Cotillard wore a strapless asymmetric Dior number (Quelle surprise!), Naomi Watts wore a deep red Zac Posen sleeved gown and Jennifer Lawrence wore a strapless bright red Dior gown with her waist cinched with a skinny black belt. We also saw a new sexier look for Taylor Swift wore a Donna Karan plum gown with a fishtail paired with a ballerina low bun.
Anne Hathaway looked divine in a strapless white Chanel gown, while Les Mis co-star Amanda Seyfried also went for a nude gown by Givenchy. She told Ryan Seacrest that she was told earlier that day she could keep her gown (woweee). Jessica Chastain looked like a Hollywood mermaid in a sea foam halter neck Calvin Klein gown, while Lucy Liu wore a statement Caroline Herrera strapless blue princess gown with a floral pattern, with an oh-so cute side plait.
The girls of Girls were missing the airing of the first episode of the second season to attend the event and Lena Dunham tweeted whilst she’s getting ready: 'If Golden Globes support garment kills me I leave my archives to my mother and my ephemera to my 8 year old friend Coco.’ Luckily though she seemed all well in her plum Zac Posen gown as she made her way down the red carpet.
British designers were also out in force, as Sienna Miller wore a pastel Erdem gown, Adele wore a black Burberry frock and Kate Hudson wore a black dress with gold embellishment and a low V by Alexander McQueen. Last but not least what's a red carpet without an Angelina leg? Rosie Huntington-Whitley, Heidi Klum and Halle Berry all had thigh high slits.
Take a look through the gallery above to see all the looks from the red carpet and let us know which you loved and loathed...
